CONFERENCE DESCRIPTION
Our 17th Annual Spring Conference on High Risk Obstetrics conference has been designed to update physicians,
certified nurse midwives, nurse practitioners, physician
assistants, nurses, and other healthcare professionals who face challenges in the care of the high risk pregnant patient.
The goal of this conference is to provide a comprehensive update and review on current issues and contemporary topics related to treating the high risk pregnant patient. Emphasis will be placed
on practical application on
evidence-based topics. In
addition to didactic lectures, ample time has been allotted
for participant feedback and
interaction.
Topics in this year's conference have been selected based on
extensive target audience needs assessment data, including
clinical expert input, online needs
assessment survey, and past
participant stated needs.
An outstanding faculty has been assembled for this conference
that is committed to providing
participants with current and
practical information. Each
member was selected based on their individual areas of expertise and their ability to communicate first-hand, practical information.
Three morning didactic sessions and an afternoon of interactive small group breakouts leave ample time for relaxing, enjoying family and friends, and exploring Kauai. We also have arranged a variety of group tours during
non-conference hours for
your enjoyment. This exciting conference will provide you with an opportunity to share current ideas with colleagues from across the country in a
stimulating, relaxing and
informal environment.
